For all image submissions, please include:
- information about where the image is to be posted (e.g., Ad for XYZ Business);
- contact information in case we have questions.
Hard Copy
- Size: 8.5" x 14" (maximum).
- Color or black & white both acceptable.
- Images will be scanned and posted without touch-up.
- If you want the image returned, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope.
- Images must be non-copyrighted or a copyright release must accompany the image and will stay in our files.

Digital
- Image size: 800 pixels x 600 pixels (maximum).
- Color or black & white both acceptable.
- Image resolution: 72dpi (preferred); greater than 72dpi acceptable.
- File size: Less than or equal to 50 kb (preferred); 1MB (maximum).
- File type: jpg, gif, or png acceptable.
- Images must be non-copyrighted or a copyright release must accompany the image and will stay in our files.
To email a digital image, please first send a text email to the webmaster. Additional instructions will then be provided.
