Adobe Acrobat Reader
Detailed instructions for downloading and installing the Acrobat Reader are available on the Adobe site. If you are not able to complete the installation, a Troubleshooting Guide is also available. For best results, make sure you have installed version 5.0 or later of the Acrobat Reader.
Macintosh users may experience problems. If you do, please download the file by holding the Shift+Option keys while you click the PDF link -- this will download the file directly to your harddrive (instead of trying to open it within your browser).
